One On One Personal Training
ONE - ON - ONE Personal Training, what does that mean? Personal Training is Evaluating individuals with diverse physical needs such as backaches, knee injuries, high blood pressure, obesity and other physical and physiological limitations, developing a plan and executing it. Whether you want to lose weight, get into shape or have just finished rehab, when your time in physical therapy is over, we are truly the Next Level in your health and wellness recovery. We will be with you throughout the duration of your program, all of our attention and focus is on you, that's true Personal Training. Don't be fooled, a trainer who is training 8 people at a time is not personal training, that is called group training, which is fine but not personal. I give you the One-on One personal attention that you deserve. We also offer SKYPE online training where I or one of my professional trainers will train you in real time anywhere in the world via SKYPE.

Athletic Performance Training
I.M.P.A.C.T Sports performance training is a program designed to take your athletic performance to the Next Level, Josephs first son Tim played football for Sul Ross University and TLU after being trained by dad, his second son is a junior and has already had attention from Harvard, Air Force, OKState, K-State, Angelo State and several other schools, including being noticed by Dave Campbells Texas football magazine known as the football bible. Joseph doesn't just train you athlete, he actually knows what it takes to play at the Next Level and train your child like he would train his.
